Glazed porcelain + fluorescent yellow paint / Variable size

Residency and exhibition in Los Angeles, on a proposal by Isabelle le Normand.

Used shoes, a plastic bag, dandelion leaves, barbed wire, a broken shoelace, a cosmonaut costume... These damaged objects, these abandoned detritus, represented in enamelled porcelain, become fragile and precious. Arranged haphazardly on a fluorescent yellow surface overexposed to light, they dazzle us. The sun seems to rise over an ecological catastrophe, freezing it in its light.
