Eden is a series of watercolors depicting figures in flowery urban settings such as traffic circles and urban planters. These green spaces bring together a particularly concentrated sample of nature, at its most artificial. These islands of nature seem to be the city's only natural resources. They are like isolated fragments of nature. These spaces are represented as a lost Paradise, a kind of Eden.
